Do you only work with large companies?
No. Our sweet spot is family-owned businesses with 500 to 2,000 employees, but we work with smaller groups and individuals through our small-group and Medicare practice. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you and point you somewhere good.
How does your fee structure work?
We work on a flat fee — almost always. The fee is on the front of every conversation, every proposal, and every renewal. No hidden carrier overrides, no production bonuses tied to placement, no kickbacks. Transparency is the point.
What does the first conversation look like?
Thirty minutes on the phone or a video call with Brian. We will ask about your business, your current program, and the things that frustrate you. No slide deck. No follow-up flood. If we can help, we will tell you how. If we can't, we will tell you that too.
Do I have to be local to one of your offices?
Not at all. We are licensed across most of the country and our team is fully remote. Our offices are convenient touchpoints, not the limit of where we work.
